Restore Your Core® is a full-body movement program designed to help you build a stronger, more responsive core while improving the way your whole body moves.

Over four weeks, you'll explore the connection between your breathing, core, pelvic floor, posture, and everyday movement. Through mindful movement and practical exercises, you'll learn simple strategies that can help you feel stronger, more supported, and more connected—in exercise, daily activities, and the things you love to do.

This series may be especially helpful if you:

  • Feel like your core isn't working the way it used to

  • Notice recurring back, hip, SI joint, or foot discomfort

  • Leak urine when you cough, sneeze, laugh, run, or jump

  • Experience pelvic heaviness or prolapse symptoms

  • Want to improve your balance, stability, and confidence in movement

  • Enjoy an active lifestyle and want to keep doing the activities you love for years to come

You don't need pelvic floor symptoms to benefit from this work. Many women simply notice they move with greater ease, breathe more efficiently, feel stronger, and become more aware of how their body works after learning how the core and pelvic floor function together.

Whether you're returning to exercise, looking to support your active lifestyle, or simply curious about moving better, this series will give you practical tools you can use long after the class ends.

No previous experience is necessary. This class is appropriate for a wide range of abilities and movement experience.
