Ari Marcovski
Yoga Instructor
Ari Marcovski has been practicing yoga on and off the mat for the past 30 years, and has been working as a kindergarten teacher and yoga educator for much of that time. Ari came to yoga seeking assistance in healing the painful mental and physical ailments that were wreaking havoc on his well-being. As he engaged in the practice of yoga, learning from traditional and alternative therapies, and internalizing insight and wisdom, his life slowly transformed and he regained his health, which in turn revived his playfulness and joy. It is from this place of applied knowledge, joyful intentionality, and deep gratitude that Ari practices and teaches, as he feels strongly that a true guru is one who helps others become their own guru rather than blind followers. The lessons that he thoughtfully imparts on the mat invite students and seekers to come more fully into themselves off the mat, and grow their awareness and freedom to choose what feels best for them in their life.
No prior yoga experience is necessary but please come with an open mind, a courageous heart, and an attitude of thoughtful intentionality.

Ari received his yoga teaching certification from orthopedic yoga expert, Michelle Fleming, in 2018, and a muscular therapy certification from The Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge MA in 1998.
Aenea Mead
Aerial Coach
Aenea has been practicing aerial arts since 2018 and teaching since 2021. Her primary apparatus is silks, but she also enjoys the rope and has dabbled in lyra and sling as well. Originally from Vermont—where her aerial journey began—she relocated to Gloucester at the end of 2024 and is excited to continue growing within the local aerial community.
Outside the studio, Aenea works in healthcare and recently obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). When she’s not working or doing aerial, she loves spending time with her family, which includes a newborn daughter and four dogs! You’ll often find her reading on the beaches of Gloucester, on a dog walk in Stage Fort Park, frequenting local eateries and exploring everything the area has to offer.
