General Studio Etiquette

 

1. Please no shoes in the studio.

2. Please take responsibility of the space. The student is responsible for taking down and putting away the apparatuses and cleaning the mats before returning them to their proper place.  

3. Please ask before giving feedback to others training in the studio.

4. Absolutely no teaching of students by students - teachers are there to keep you safe! 

5. Seaside is a place to learn, work out and have fun.Please check all attitudes and negativity towards yourself or others at the door.
